Washington, DC, August 3, 2020-Jordan IP Law, LLC (JIPL) is proud to announce the addition of John A. Harrelson Jr., Ph.D as Senior Patent Counsel to its Biotechnology and Chemical Practice Group. John joins JIPL from a globally-recognized national law firm.

“John brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and technical expertise in chemical, pharmaceutical, life science, and material science that will enhance our patent preparation and prosecution practice in these technological areas and help to foster our continued growth,” said Jennifer M. Mr. Harrelson, who previously served as Intellectual Property Manager and Senior Research Chemist at E.I. du Pont de Nemours (DuPont), will focus on strategic patent counseling and global portfolio management and development. He has extensive experience drafting and prosecuting patent applications in the chemical, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, fiber, medical device, packaging, light emitting diodes, adhesives, organometallic catalysts, and nanotechnology fields.
