DESCRIPTION:Celebrate the achievements and contributions of women in science with us on Friday\, February 7\, 2025\, at Hood College! Join Hood College\, Woman to Woman Mentoring\, Inc.\, and Leidos Biomedical Research\, Inc.\, operator of the Frederick National Laboratory for Cancer Research\, for the fourth “Women in Science Speak” — with a new TED Talk-inspired event format. \nIn honor of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (February 11)\, this year’s event introduces a dynamic presentation style\, with three inspiring women in science sharing their personal journeys\, insights on advancing allyship and mentorship\, and strategies for achieving goals through self-advocacy.
