Previously\, she was the Chief Operating Officer\, Orphan Drug Unit at IQVIA. She has a wide range of accomplishments in leading business development\, marketing\, operations and performance improvement for her division of IQVIA\, as well as in previous roles at Washington Teacher’s Union and Venable LLP.  Erin received her Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations\, Marketing\, Psychology from the Syracuse University\, S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications and her J.D. in Law from the Syracuse University College of Law. She also holds certificates from Harvard Law School’s Program on Negotiations as well as National Labor College’s program on Labor Relations Union Training & Contract Negotiations and Collective Bargaining. \nNadine S. Evans\, Esq. is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in staff management\, federal and local grant writing\, implementation\, monitoring\, and reporting. She has a proven ability to review and analyze systems\, design programs and procedures\, and implement and monitor corrective action plans. For the last 5-years she has served on a number of boards and in a variety of advisory roles where she has exceeded expectations. Ms. Evans holds a BA from the University of Virginia and a JD from Howard University School of Law. \n
