The Maryland STEM Festival, in conjunction with the Howard Community College is hosting the eighth Blue Collar STEM Conference on January 24rt from 9 AM to 12:30 PM. The purpose of the conference is to increase awareness of jobs that require STEM skills and expertise but do not necessitate the traditional four-year college path. These jobs span various fields such as manufacturing, healthcare, construction, information technology, and more. A light breakfast and pizza lunch is included.
