DESCRIPTION:We live in a complex ever changing world. The speed of change is forcing organizations to manage ambiguity\, build resilience and cultivate innovation. Hybrid work is not going away and has added another layer of complexity that few foresaw three years ago. What worked in the past will not necessarily drive success in the future. Now the principal of Cedarcroft Advisors\, he works with senior leaders in organizations to help them build effective teams that are empowered to achieve and surpass company goals. He is an expert in analyzing complex business issues\, and develops and implements effective solutions to satisfy business\, financial\, and client demands. \nDavid is also a senior consultant for PI Midlantic\, a management consultancy that helps organizations align their people with their business strategies through a combination of insight\, education and coaching. Utilizing the Predictive Index® (PI)\, a proven\, proprietary management tool\, he works closely with companies of all sizes to help them reliably predict work-related behavior and align the performance of individuals with specific business needs – specifically learning to engage\, motivate and create the right environment for employees to be effective and successful. \nDavid’s entrepreneurial spirit emerged at the age of 6 when he turned a gift of candy from an aunt into a candy store selling a wide variety of treats from his red Radio Flyer wagon in his suburban driveway. David holds a Bachelors of Arts in Philosophy from Hobart College and a Masters in Business Administration from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University. \n
