DESCRIPTION:Please join us for a special seminar\, “The Innovation Process – Moving from Idea to Reality.” It builds on material from the book\, “The Innovators Method” that focuses on generating ideas and then testing them quickly. This seminar will take you through a process which builds from insight then clarifying the problem\, to building a solution and then finally creating a business model. The idea is that to keep you on track to create a worthwhile solution\, you need to keep testing your ideas and evolving. \nThe seminar will feature a number of examples and also provide some concepts and tools that you can use in your entrepreneurial pursuits. \nThe major take always: \n\nQuickly and cheaply test ideas early.\nMoving from idea to realization is a process that can be understood and used to improve the outcome and reduce frustration.\nDifferent actions and thinking are needed as one moves through the process.\n\nREGISTER HERE\nAbout the Speaker:\nThe seminar will be taught by Doug Holly of Eagle Management Group\, a consulting firm that helps business with operational optimization\, strategic planning\, M&A and project management. Doug has over 30 years of experience in engineering\, product development\, project management and business development. He is also an Affiliate Instructor at Loyola University’s Sellinger School of Business with a focus on Innovation. He has worked at IBM\, JDSU\, Acterna and TTC in the fields of telecommunications\, avionics\, and system integration. \n
