Matt Clark will cover leader and followership principles and competencies that led to success via the Operation Warp Speed public-private and Global COVID Response partnerships between government\, non-governmental organizations\, and industry. He will articulate the actions that created the conditions for success and the essential role of Program Managers in its success.
