DESCRIPTION:The Howard County Economic Development Authority is excited to host additional introduction sessions on the Catalyst Loan Fund. Managed by the HCEDA\, the Catalyst Loan Fund is part of Maryland’s Video Lottery Terminal (VLT) Small\, Minority and Woman-Owned Business Account initiative.
