DESCRIPTION:We are excited to invite industry leaders to meet our students and faculty\, learn about their research in the biological sciences and tour our state-of-the-art Science Complex. This event will showcase research from TU students\, our future leaders in the biotech industry. \nWho should attend? Your industry recruiters\, scientists\, leadership team members are all welcome to join us for Biotech Day. \nWhat to expect on Biotech Day? Dr. Matthew Nugent\, TU’s Dean of FISHER College of Science and Mathematics will share opening remarks about the university’s research\, tour TU’s state of the art Science Complex\, and learn about students’ research projects. Kelly Schultz\, CEO of the Maryland Tech Council will then lead a discussion around the state of Biotech in Maryland.
