SUMMARY:Tech at the Gap
DESCRIPTION:Tech at the Gap is a regional conference that takes place every October at Rocky Gap Casino Resort\, located at the picturesque Rocky Gap State Park\, in Flintstone\, Maryland. The one-day event attracts a wide audience of tech professionals and students from across Western and Central Maryland\, and covers the topics relating to data\, cybersecurity and innovation. Past presenters include C-level executives\, start-up founders and even an astronaut! The conference is organized by the Western Maryland IT Center of Excellence\, whose mission is to train the next generation of tech workers in Appalachian Maryland through community-based student programs such as P-Tech\, Girls Who Code and Allegany Robotics/REACT. \n
