Discovering Your Why

September 28, 2022 @ 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm

$10 – $20

Join this business leadership class to uncover your unique gifts and learn how knowing your WHY in business creates greater success.

About this event

When you discover your WHY, you start operating from a place of awareness. You realize those special gifts and talents you offer the world and begin to live with passion. You know WHY you do what you do, how you think, what you believe – your purpose in life. And when your business expresses and lives its WHY, you build a winning team with clarity, vision, and a unified culture – becoming an inspired business with a marketing message second to none.

In this session, you will learn how great leaders and businesses understand WHY they do what they do. This concept is taken from Simon Sinek’s 2009 TED Talk, where he introduced the WHY to the world and how to apply it to life and business. Tools will be shared to help business leaders identify and understand their WHY and how to use this knowledge to grow a successful business.

Presenter Allan Hirsh studied at the WHY Institute and became certified as a WHY Business Consultant and Coach. He is the Principal at Allan Hirsh Advisors, a certified Executive Coach and Facilitator, and the only Certified WHY Coach in the Baltimore area. He also produces and hosts AHA! Business Podcasts. He brings over 40 years of leadership to his clients as the owner/CEO of a multigenerational family international publishing business, an award-winning commercial food service design firm, and an Executive Director of a nonprofit organization.

The event will include networking, a short presentation, and a Q&A period.

Registration closes on September 27.
